The early years with your baby are full of amazing changes, discoveries and little moments that you’ll remember.
Baby Beats gives you a chance to slow down, have fun together and enjoy a shared musical experience each week.
You’ll sing, move, play instruments, explore props, listen to stories and enjoy plenty of opportunities for interaction and connection.
It’s not about your baby being “good” at music.
It’s about having fun, being together and discovering music through play.
What happens at Baby Beats?
Every session is filled with music, movement, play and connection.

Sessions are adapted for younger children, with opportunities for babies to watch, listen, explore, move and interact at their own pace.
There is no expectation that your baby will participate in a particular way.
Come as you are, join in as much or as little as feels right, and enjoy the experience together.

Every baby is welcome
Baby Beats is designed for all babies aged 6 months–2 years.
Your baby doesn’t need to have a particular ability, diagnosis or musical experience to attend.
Whether they’re energetic and ready to explore, cautious and taking everything in, or somewhere in between, they’re welcome at Baby Beats.
You don’t need to know how to sing.
Your baby doesn’t need to “perform”.
You just need to come and enjoy some time together.
Why music?
Music is a wonderful way for young children to experience the world.
Through singing, movement, rhythm, instruments and interaction, babies have opportunities to develop communication, movement, attention, social connection and emotional skills — all while having fun.
Baby Beats combines these opportunities with a gentle, play-based approach that respects each baby’s individual stage of development.
And because the sessions are facilitated by a Registered Music Therapist, the musical experiences are thoughtfully designed with children’s development and wellbeing in mind.
Meet your facilitator
Jacinta — Registered Music Therapist
Baby Beats is facilitated by Jacinta Calabro from TLC Music Therapy.
As a Registered Music Therapist, Jacinta brings professional knowledge of music, child development, and therapeutic practice to each session.
But Baby Beats isn’t a therapy session that your child needs to “qualify” for.
It’s a fun, welcoming music group for all babies.
The professional expertise is there to make the experience purposeful, engaging and developmentally appropriate — while you and your baby simply enjoy being together.

💰 $25 per week when paid for the term in advance
